To preserve Acharya Tanarang’s creative works, three Hindi volumes have been published; meanwhile, the fourth volume is in progress.
However, many connoisseurs and students of Hindustani Classical Music, who are not familiar with the Devnagari script, keep requesting for English version of the Hindi Volumes. In light of this demand from our English readers, we decided to bring out the English version in ebook format.
This version includes 245 Bandishen in 31 Raags of Hindi Volume 1. We have included a pronunciation guide for the transliterated text so that the readers can bring out the same emotions and feelings as depicted by the Bandishen in the original Hindi version.
